Returns & Exchanges

You can return your purchase if it's incorrect, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect.
We want you to love your purchase. If it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video, and we'll make things right.

Yes, an unedited unboxing video is required for all returns and exchanges, especially for damage claims.
