Shipping Policy

Our shipping process is designed to be as smooth and efficient as possible, ensuring your items arrive promptly. Typically, it takes 5-14 working days from dispatch to delivery. However, sometimes unexpected delays can occur, and we appreciate your patience in these instances.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email and text message, allowing you to follow your package's journey. You can also check the status on our logistics partner's website using the AWB number provided.

We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹999. For orders below ₹1,000, a nominal convenience fee of ₹100 will be added at checkout, which is non-refundable. Cash on Delivery is available for orders with a maximum cart value of ₹5,000.

A few important points to note:

  • Delivery times can vary based on your location and our logistics partners. We can’t control delays, but we’ll help you track your package.
  • Please ensure your address is accurate when checking out. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delivery issues and additional shipping costs.
  • Cash on Delivery isn’t for trying out stuff; you need to pay when it arrives. If you refuse Cash on Delivery orders, we might turn off this option for you in the future.
  • COD may not be available in certain pin codes due to our shipping partners' policies. For assistance, reach out to our customer WhatsApp helpline.
  • To cancel an order, email us within 4 hours of placing it. Once shipped, we can’t cancel or refund for rejected orders or after three delivery attempts.
