Our Commitment:

1. Quality and Craftsmanship:

  • Our products are handmade, so expect slight variations in color, shape, or size. These quirks add charm.
  • Tiny bubbles on ceramics show the artisan's touch. They're not defects unless they mess up the surface.


2. Order Accuracy:

  • If the product delivered doesn't match your order confirmation, we'll make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.


3. Returns and Exchanges:

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for products delivered in the right condition as per the order placed.
  • However, if the product is wrongfully delivered or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we are committed to finding an appropriate resolution.
  • Our replacement policy requires an unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving the package for any potential damage.


4. Conditions for Return or Replacement:

  • The product must not have been used or worn out.
  • It should be returned in the same original packing in which it was received, without any damage or tampering.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt of the product is required.
  • The original tag must be intact for all return requests.

At Alamkari, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every handcrafted home decor item you receive. If you encounter any issues, such as a defective product or damage during transit, our return process is designed to address your concerns promptly.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Please reach out to our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Here’s how you can contact us:

By Message: Whatsapp us at 9717302503 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST on business days for immediate assistance.

By Email: Send an email to contact@alamkari.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request.” In your message, please include:

  1. The reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Your order number and the date you received your order.
  3. Attach an unboxing video and photos as evidence of the issue. The unboxing video is a must for processing your request. To be eligible for a return, please provide an unedited, continuous video of you opening the parcel from start to finish. This video will serve as proof that the product was damaged during transit and will help us process your return quickly and efficiently.

Note: To return your product, please repack it in its original packaging. The product must be unused and all tags, bar codes, and invoice slips should be included. Remember, returns cannot be processed without a prior return request. 


Return Process for Damaged Product: Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick-up for the damaged product and send you a replacement.


Time Limit for Communication: Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hours of delivery. It’s essential to reach out to us promptly if you encounter any issues with your order.


Defects and Product Exchange: If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’d be happy to exchange it with a replacement.


Store Credit in Special Cases: Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide a replacement for your ordered product, we will notify you. In such cases, we will process a store credit for the paid amount within 7-10 business days.

Important Note:

  • Our policy does not support cash refunds. Refunds are only in the form of a product or credit note for our online store.
  • By confirming your order, you agree to abide by our return policy.
  • The unboxing video is must for processing your request.


Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please take the following steps: Visit our ‘Contact Us’ page and choose your preferred method of communication, either Whatsapp or Email. Then, send us a message with the words “Cancel Order” along with your order number, full name and city name. Our system will register your details and automatically cancel your order within 4 hours.

Please note that you can only cancel orders within 4 hours of placing them. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. If you have made a prepaid order and wish to cancel it, we will issue store credits equal to the amount paid, which you can redeem at your convenience. We do not offer cash refunds as we incur charges from payment gateways for online payments.
