How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Please reach out to our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Here’s how you can contact us:

By Email: Send an email to contact@alamkari.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request.” In your message, please include:
Note: To return your product, please repack it in its original packaging. The product must be unused and all tags, bar codes, and invoice slips should be included. Remember, returns cannot be processed without a prior return request.
Return Process for Damaged Product: Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick-up for the damaged product and send you a replacement.
Time Limit for Communication: Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hours of delivery. It’s essential to reach out to us promptly if you encounter any issues with your order.
Defects and Product Exchange: If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’d be happy to exchange it with a replacement.
Store Credit in Special Cases: Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide a replacement for your ordered product, we will notify you. In such cases, we will process a store credit for the paid amount within 7-10 business days.
Important Note:
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please take the following steps: Visit our ‘Contact Us’ page and choose your preferred method of communication, either Whatsapp or Email. Then, send us a message with the words “Cancel Order” along with your order number, full name and city name. Our system will register your details and automatically cancel your order within 4 hours.
Please note that you can only cancel orders within 4 hours of placing them. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. If you have made a prepaid order and wish to cancel it, we will issue store credits equal to the amount paid, which you can redeem at your convenience. We do not offer cash refunds as we incur charges from payment gateways for online payments.
