Congratulations on acquiring a unique, handcrafted piece! Each item is lovingly made by skilled artisans, reflecting their passion and expertise. To ensure its lasting beauty and integrity, we recommend following these simple care instructions:

Cleaning:

Gentle Touch: Our products are delicate and deserve a gentle touch. Always wipe them softly with a slightly damp cloth.

Avoid Harsh Materials: Abrasive materials such as scouring pads or steel wool can scratch and damage the surface. Instead, opt for a soft cloth made of microfiber or similar material.

Stain Removal: If you notice a stain, attend to it promptly to prevent discoloration. Gently blot the area with a damp cloth, using a mild soap solution if necessary.

Avoid harsh chemicals: Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach, as these can damage the finish and color.

Additional Tips:

Storage: When not in use, store your handcrafted item in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can cause fading or warping.

Handling: Avoid excessive force or pressure when handling the item to prevent breakage or damage.

Regular Care: By following these care instructions and providing regular maintenance, your handcrafted piece will continue to bring you joy for many years to come.

We appreciate your understanding and commitment to preserving the artistry and craftsmanship that went into creating your special piece. If you have any questions or concerns regarding care, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. We're always happy to help!
